When this happens, new seals will not stop the oil leak, only replacing the upper timing chain cover will. Found on the 2008-2013 A3, 2009-2016 A4, 2010-2017 A5, 2012-2015 A6, 2013-2016 Allroad, 2015-2016 Q3, 2011-2016 Q5, 2009-2015 TT, 2012-2013 Beetle, 2009-2016 CC, 2009-2016 Eos, 2008-2014 GTI, 2008-2013 Jetta, 2008-2010 Passat, and 2010-2018 Tiguan models. This genuine Volkswagen/Audi upper timing change cover is a new original equipment timing cover for your Volkswagen or Audi and is the same part found at your local dealer. This genuine replacement upper timing cover comes with new seals and bolts and is easily installed in about 2.5 hours with the removal of the upper engine mount.
