Audi radiator cap typically cost between $4.19 and $46.99.
Your Audi's radiator serves as a heat exchanger, dissipating extra heat from the engine's coolant into the atmosphere. The radiator consists of tubes that transport coolant fluid, a pressure-relieving protective cap, and tanks on either side to catch any excess coolant fluid. By mixing the coolant fluid, it can be cooled equally throughout rather than only the portion that hits the tubes' sides. The coolant can be used more efficiently by generating turbulence inside the tubes.
Coolant fluid expands when it overheats, creating a high pressure within the fluid. The pressure rises considerably more as it enters the radiator since it is confined. When the pressure reaches its peak, the Audi radiator cap opens as a release valve. The coolant in the overflow tanks is drawn back into the pump and continues circulating through the cooling system after the radiator has cooled.
