BMW 535i Parts and Accessories
The BMW 5 series executive sedan has been around since the early 70s. The BMW 535i made its debut in 1984 under the E28 chassis. This inaugural version of the 535i was well equipped with an inline-6 cylinder M30 engine that had a max horsepower output of 182. Due to the state of American emissions at the time, the E28 has some of the most restrictive exhaust systems that BMW had produced at the time. From the E28, evolved the E34 and E39 in the 90s and early 2000s. The touring wagon style was added to the fleet, as well as V8 engines and stability control. The E60 and F10 versions would later follow, all of which came with the requisite M5 variant. These cars boasted superior suspension, dynamic braking abilities, and overall powerful engines for the mid-level luxury price point.

IMPORTANT: Injectors with index 10 and lower have a different calibration and construction than injectors with index 11 and higher. Due to this difference, the injectors with index 10 and lower and injectors with index 11 and higher cannot be mixed in the same engine bank (i.e. cylinders 1-3 or 4-6). The index number can be found on the head of the injector after the BMW part number. Example: 13 53 8 616 079-11.
