This kit contains the OEM valve and gasket.
The EGR valve on your Mercedes circulates inert exhaust gas into the combustion cambers of your Mercedes engine to reduce combustion temperature, reducing engine emissions. Soot from the engine exhaust can build up in the EGR piping and the EGR valve itself, causing the valve to fail, engine combustion temperatures to rise and engine emissions to increase. The AAZ Preferred 1121400460KIT EGR Valve Kit is an original equipment EGR valve kit to replace the failed EGR valve on your 1998-2008 Mercedes M112 and M113 engines. This AAZ Preferred 1121400460KIT EGR Valve Kit is an original equipment EGR valve kit contains a Pierburg 1121400460 EGR valve and Victor Reinz 1121420280 EGR valve gasket to correctly install a new EGR valve, bringing your Mercedes M112 and M113 engine back to its factory specifications.
Left = Driver side and Right = Passenger side.
