  • 13477 is a Bosch oxygen sensor for BMW and Land Rover.
  • Bosch oxygen sensors have been the preferred oxygen sensor of BMW for decades and the Bosch 13477 oxygen sensor is the original equipment pre catalyst oxygen sensor used by BMW in most models from 1999 through 2004.
  • Located in the exhaust manifold, this oxygen sensor on your BMW measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust as it exits the engine. This measurement is relayed to the vehicle’s engine control unit to curb vehicle emissions by adjusting fuel trim.
  • A failing oxygen sensor will relay an inaccurate reading to the engine control unit causing excessive fuel consumption, increased vehicle emissions, rough engine running conditions and even engine overheating.
