Don’t let a sloppy shifter get in the way of your driving enjoyment in your VW or Audi with manual transmission. Precise shifter feel and accuracy of gear changes are important factors whether you are driving on the street or track. Factory bushings are rubber and can have play that could cause you to miss a gear when up or down shifting. 034 Motorsport’s clear-anodized bushing kit is precision-machined from T6-6061 billet aluminum and help to prevent unwanted movement of the shifter when changing gears, while offering positive feedback and feel of gear engagement. The 034-508-3005 bushing kit from 034 Motorsport is a complete drop-in replacement kit for the factory bushings, the instillation is fairly simple for the DIY mechanic and can usually be completed in under an hour with no special tools required. The shifter cable bracket is located in the engine compartment under the battery tray, once access is attained by removing battery and try, instillation is a simple as removing factory bushings and replacing with the new 034-508-3005 aluminum bushings, reusing the factory mounting bolts and properly torquing bolts to recommended settings. This kit fits a wide range of VW and Audi models from 1996-present day.
Left = Driver side and Right = Passenger side.

These parts are still sold individually and you'll need to select the appropriate quantity if you plan to replace more than one of this item.
