  • The Bosch voltage regulator provides electrical systems with the consistent power they need to keep your vehicle on the road.
  • Dimming instruments and headlights, engine power surges, or a weak battery are all symptoms of a failing voltage regulator.
    You'll need to remove the alternator on your W163 to test or replace the voltage regulator. If the male connector feels loose or obstructed, replace immediately so the performance of your alternator will not be compromised.
