    The KL705 fuel filter on your Volvo removes harmful debris and particulates from the fuel in your Volvo before it reaches the engine. Without it, things like dirt and rust from our Volvo’s fuel tank would appear in the fuel lines and injectors of your Volvo’s fuel injection system and damage the fuel pressure regulator and sensors. The Mahle KL705 fuel filter is designed to remove 99% of all fuel contaminants, leaving the fuel that reaches your Volvo’s engine clean, free flowing, and homogeneous. For the 2011-2016 S60, 2016-2018 S60 X/C, 2007-2016 S80, 2015-2018 V60, and 2015-2018 V60X/C, the Mahle KL705 fuel filter should be replaced once a year or every 15,000 miles to prevent fuel injection system corrosion and maintain precise fuel pressure in your Volvo.
