The fuel pump control module on your Volvo C70 does pretty much what its name says, it controls the fuel pump in your Volvo’s fuel tank. By receiving signals from the engine control computer, the fuel pump control unit turns the fuel pump on and off to build and maintain the fuel pressure needed for your Volvo’s engine to run. Located under the rear seat adjacent to the fuel pump access plate, the fuel pump control module is subject to vibrations that cause broken ground joints within the control module. Making the fuel pump to only work intermittently or not work at all. The Volvo 30769225 fuel pump control module is the original equipment fuel pump control module for the 2006-2013 Volvo C70, 2004-2011 Volvo S40, and 2005-2011 Volvo V50 models and the recommended replacement fuel pump control module for your Volvo C70.
