1974 Porsche 914

1974 Porsche 914

Customer's Story:

"We've had this car for about 2 years & are really enjoying it. Very fun to drive & goes fast. This is the 3rd 914 for us as I had 2 35+ years ago. Couldn't wait to get another this time with some horsepower! A friend nicknamed it "The Banana Car". Any better suggestions? 1992 BMW 525iT

1992 BMW 525iT

Customer's Story:

"You know when you've had a car for a long time when you start to replace parts for the second or third time. That's been the case with my 1992 BMW 525iT. I purchased it in 2005 and about a year later installed a BMW M3 S52 engine and kept the original automatic so my wife could drive it. The intent was to have a better daily driver with the appearance of an E34 M5T.. The chassis now has 223K miles on it but only about 88K on the engine. M5 trim pieces have been added along with suspension and wheel upgrades. It's my dog hauler so a keeper."

2002 Audi A4 1.8T

2002 Audi A4 1.8T

Customer's Story:

" I purchased this car new in March of 2002. It came with 50K free full warranty and service. After that initial service period ran out, it has not seen a professional mechanic since. All service and repairs have been done myself. I find it very satisfying to research various issues then order parts and get them installed. Four timing belt kits, two fuel pumps, one clutch kit, new CV axles, new radiator, upgraded brakes and many other items such as wheel bearings, sensors and switches. It has been a very rewarding experience learning about the car's design and always making sure quality parts are purchased from AutohausAZ. I often think of buying a new car but really can't justify it because this car is still reliable and fun to drive. My daughter came of driving age a few years ago and expected dad to hand it down to her. She calls it "Gretchen" and teases me about driving this old yet well maintained vehicle with 290K miles."
